Founder
& CEO
Andre founded Scottvale in 1983, specialising in SME and property business. His 43 years of experience have created strong insurer relationships putting Scottvale in a position to provide clients with favourable terms.

He provides a very hands-on approach and active claims handling. Many clients have been with him for over 15 years, testament to customer service and very strong personal relationships.Â
​
Andre is a keen sailor and has previously been the Commodore of the London Corinthian Sailing Club.Â

Tom Weiss
Medical Malpractice & HEALTHCARE Director
Tom heads up medical malpractice at Scottvale, having studied mechanical engineering at Leeds University, and working in various sales and marketing roles within the medical device industry.Â

Tom gives tailored advice on indemnity, understanding the real-life challenges surgeons face. Tom arranges both professional indemnity and personal insurances for his clients.Â

Tom is a passionate skier, he has previously worked as a ski instructor in Canada.Â

With a 12-year background in strategy and communications, Bella brings a commercially minded and considered approach to client engagement, combining clear thinking with a strong understanding of brand, the insurance sector, service delivery and long-term growth.Â

Bella is a high-altitude mountaineer, completing multiple expeditions including summiting an 8,000m Himalayan peak.Â

Taimo specialises in Real Estate and Property Owners’ insurance, alongside HNW and MNW household programmes.

With nearly 20 years at Scottvale, Taimo has built long-standing relationships with clients he has advised since the very beginning of his career at the firm. With prior experience as an underwriter, he brings deep market insight and a detail-driven approach to structuring insurance programmes.Â

Outside of work, Taimo enjoys golf, football and spending time outdoors.
Nick Roberts
SPECIALIST BROKER - MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
Nick advises healthcare professionals and medical organisations on indemnity risks.

He has over 35 years’ experience as an Underwriter at Legal & General, Guardian Insurance and AXA Insurance, specialising in real estate and property owners' insurance, before moving to Scottvale in 2023 to specialise in broking, helping grow our Medical Malpractice business.Â

Nick has cycled from Vancouver to Tijuana, down the West Coast of America.Â
Siobhan Vogt

MANAGER
Siobhan leads claims management at Scottvale, acting as a dedicated advocate for clients, protecting their best interests at every stage notification through to settlement.Â

She works proactively with a detail-driven approach, ensuring claims are presented clearly and achieve fair and timely outcomes. She brings 20 years' experience rooted in exceptional client service from the luxury retail sector.Â
